Customer Reviews
Stephen Ruhe, Freight 360 Training Associate and Account Manager at TMX Transport (asset-based trucking, brokerage, and warehousing solutions) has been using LoadPartner and has provided great feedback on the AI-enabled platform.

Stephen shared that his agents’ and dispatchers’ experience with the platform has been smooth-sailing, including their experience using text-based communication and automated tracking. He stated that drivers now have an acceptance rate of 70-80%, whereas drivers previously struggled with adopting the use of tracking apps. He commented on how easy the use of LoadPartner’s integration with TMX’s existing technology solutions is, such as its integration with their TMS and carrier setup.

One feature that has room for improvement is LoadPartner’s temperature threshold feature; currently, one can put in a fixed number as a threshold, but it would be more applicable if a user can put in a range, instead.

Overall, Stephen identifies LoadPartner’s ability to evolve with AI advancements as its major strength. “It grows with the tech stack you choose to use”.

Several large investors, including Uber, Khosla Ventures, Nvidia, Volvo Group Venture Capital, Porsche Automobil Holding SE, and others, have contributed $200 million in an oversubscribed Series B funding round to Toronto-based AI company, Waabi, to launch fully driverless trucks in 2025. This new funding brings Waabi’s total investment to over $280 million, which Waabi says will support deploying generative AI-powered autonomous trucks that enables driverless operations most of the time. The AI company plans to use this capital to fully launch driverless trucks in Texas in 2025 and expand to new regions.
